The Auxilary is the Militia's core of back-up volunteers. These are usually the members' spouses and other family members, older people who are still active, and all other volunteers who are committed to showing up to provide sustenance and shelter when the militia is on duty, particularly during disaster relief and non-combat civil activites such as fundraisers and "barn-raisings".
Sponsors are the businesses and professionals who advertise on this webring to support the organizational, quality control and educational services we provide, as well as the surplus percentage we donate to the affiliated state militias.
Patrons are a special group of individuals who participate in our "Adopt-A-Soldier" program by making a significant contribution adequate to purchase a complete kit for one militiaman. This includes all uniforms, boots, gear, one standard service rifle and all necessary personal-carry camping, communication and packing accessories.
Our donors are persons and organizations who may or may not be sponsors as well, but who believe enough in our purpose and mission to provide it with financial support. Some subscribe to a monthly or other regular amount, and many just give what they are moved to give, whenever they are moved to do so.
Boosters are irregular volunteers who are not committed to attend or support exercises, but who do help out on an as-available basis, depending on their schedules and skills.
